“I thought they did a very nice job. They found that the cooling exchanger was really rusting up and Eric was very good about explaining to him what was happening and what needed to be done. Everything was great with installation and installers were on time and clean. I am very happy I got rid of an old hazardous unit and replaced it with a wonderful furnace that is working just great. Eric and Mark were nice, very cordial and friendly. They shared their knowledge with me with no problem and it was just such a pleasure overall. I definitely feel the difference between furnaces.“
